Strong Increase: Affle Q1 Profit Surges 31% to ₹86 Crore

Technology company Affle (India) has seen a 31% rise in profit to ₹86 crore in the first quarter of FY25. The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹86.59 crore, up from ₹66.17 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations also increased by 27.8%, reaching ₹519.5 crore compared to ₹406.6 crore in Q1FY24.

Affle attributed its growth to its CPCU business model and focus on profitability, leading to an expansion in operating margins year-on-year. The CPCU business brought in 9.1 crore converted users in Q1 FY2025, with CPCU Revenue reaching ₹517.7 crore, a 37% increase from the previous year.

Although net profit decreased by 1.02% sequentially, revenue saw a 2.62% increase. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹104.7 crore, up by 34% year-on-year. Affle’s MD and CEO, Anuj Khanna Sohum, highlighted the company’s highest quarterly revenue run-rate, EBITDA, and consumer conversions, attributing it to strategic efforts in consolidating business operations and enhancing their consumer platform offerings.
