GSTAT Bench Constitution Notification Revised by Finance Ministry

The latest update from the Finance Ministry reveals that ‘Circuit’ locations will be activated based on the number of appeals filed by suppliers in each State or jurisdiction, as directed by the President.

The government has made amendments to the notification on the GST Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT), specifically focusing on the establishment of principal and state benches. Circuit benches have been set up in all states as per the recent notification S.O. 3048(E) dated 31st July 2024.
