A Gary man was charged with murder after the death of Jahlein Towner, who was shot in the head. Don’trell Lamar Williams, 23, is now facing murder charges following Towner’s passing. The incident occurred on July 25, where a man in a green and white pickup truck shot Towner and another man while they were walking down the street.
