ICAI Announces BoS Sessions and Mock Tests for CA Foundation and Intermediate Exams Sep 2024
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has introduced a series of virtual Board of Studies (BoS) sessions and mock tests to assist students preparing for the CA Foundation and Intermediate examinations scheduled for September 2024.
BoS Sessions Schedule for CA Foundation and Intermediate
The Board of Studies (BoS) will conduct two sets of virtual sessions for students. The first series for CA Foundation students begins on August 8, 2024, and the second series on August 27, 2024. For CA Intermediate students, the first series starts on August 5, 2024, and the second series on August 24, 2024. These sessions will be led by BoS faculty and will cover subject-specific insights, study strategies, and exam-writing techniques.

- Series I:
- August 8: Accounting
- August 9: Business Law
- August 12: Quantitative Aptitude
- August 13: Business Economics
- Series II:
- August 27: Accounting
- August 29: Business Law
- August 31: Quantitative Aptitude
- September 3: Business Economics
CA Intermediate Schedule:
- Series I:
- August 5: Accounting
- August 6: Corporate and Other Laws
- August 7: Taxation
- August 8: Cost and Management Accounting
- August 9: Auditing and Ethics
- August 10: Financial Management & Strategic Management
- Series II:
- August 24: Accounting
- August 25: Corporate and Other Laws
- August 26: Taxation
- August 27: Cost and Management Accounting
- August 28: Auditing and Ethics
- August 29: Financial Management & Strategic Management
To join the sessions, students can use the ICAI BoS mobile app, BoS Knowledge Portal, or ICAI CA tube on YouTube.
Mock Test Papers Series Schedule
ICAI will also hold Mock Test Papers Series I and II for CA Foundation and Intermediate students, available in both physical and virtual formats. The first series for CA Foundation starts on July 29, 2024, and the second series on August 16, 2024. For CA Intermediate, Series I begins on July 29, 2024, and Series II on August 16, 2024.

For physical mode participation, students can contact their nearest Regional Councils or Branch offices of ICAI. The question papers will be available on the BoS Knowledge Portal as per the schedule, with answer keys for self-assessment within 48 hours.
